Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and DMCA Policy

This page covers three separate but related policies: our Privacy Policy (how we handle your data), our Terms of Service (the rules for using this site), and our DMCA Policy (the process for copyright concerns). Please read through the sections that apply to you. If you have questions about any part of this page, you can reach us at the contact information listed at the end.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

When you visit 123series.site, we collect a limited amount of technical information automatically. This includes your IP address (logged by our server for security and analytics), your browser type and version, the pages you visit on our site, the time and date of your visit, the referring website that brought you here, and the device type you’re using. None of this data is personally identifiable on its own.

We also set cookies on your browser for site functionality and analytics purposes. If you fill out our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. That’s the only information we receive directly from you, and it’s only used to respond to your inquiry.

How We Use Information

The data we collect serves three purposes: improving your experience on our site, measuring how visitors interact with our content, and protecting the site from malicious traffic. We look at aggregated traffic patterns (which pages get the most visits, where visitors come from, how long they stay) to decide which content to update and expand. We don’t sell your data, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We work with a small set of third-party services that help us run the site. Each has its own privacy policy you should review if you want the full picture:

  • Cloudflare provides our content delivery network and security layer. Cloudflare may log your IP address and basic request data for security purposes.
  • Google Analytics measures site traffic and user behavior in aggregate. Google may set cookies on your browser and process data according to its own privacy terms.
  • Adsterra serves the advertising on our site. Adsterra uses cookies and tracking technologies to deliver relevant ads and measure performance.
  • WordPress powers our publishing platform. Basic server-side logging applies.

Cookies and Tracking

We use three types of cookies. Essential cookies keep basic site functions working (session management, security). Analytics cookies come from Google Analytics to measure traffic patterns. Advertising cookies come from Adsterra to serve and measure ad performance. You can opt out of non-essential cookies through your browser settings, or through the cookie notice that appears on your first visit. Most browsers also let you block cookies entirely, though this may affect site functionality.

Your Rights (GDPR and CCPA)

If you’re based in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, you have specific rights regarding your personal data. These include the right to access what data we hold about you, the right to request correction of inaccurate data, the right to request deletion of your data, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. California residents also have the right to opt out of any sale of personal information (which, as stated above, we don’t do). To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with your request and we’ll respond within 30 days as required by law.

Data Retention

We keep server logs for 90 days, after which they’re automatically deleted. Analytics data is retained for 26 months as part of our Google Analytics configuration. Contact form submissions are kept for one year after your last communication with us, then deleted. If you want your data removed sooner, email the address above.

Contact for Privacy

For any privacy-related question, concern, or request, email [email protected]. We respond to privacy inquiries within 5 business days.

Part 3: DMCA and Copyright

H2: DMCA and Copyright

We respect copyright law and respond promptly to valid takedown notices filed under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, you can submit a DMCA notice following the process below.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Request

Send your notice to [email protected]. Your notice must include the following information, required by Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material on our site you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (direct URL is best).
  4. Your contact information: full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Incomplete notices may delay our response. Double-check that every required element is included before sending.

Response Time

We respond to valid DMCA notices within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. If the claim is valid and the material is on our site, we will remove it promptly and notify you of the action taken.

Counter-Notice Process

If you believe content was removed in error, you can submit a counter-notice to the same email address. Your counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed material and its original location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you live (or Delaware, if you live outside the US). We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant and may restore the content after 10 to 14 business days unless we receive notice of legal action.

Repeat Infringers

We terminate access for users who repeatedly submit content that infringes on others’ copyrights, in accordance with our repeat infringer policy.
